- Own the end-to-end client and delivery process, from first contact to signed agreement
- Build and nurture strong relationships with senior leaders at top technology companies

- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Provide structured mentoring and coaching to colleagues, especially Consultants
- Take a stronger lead on business development, building pipeline, acquiring new clients, and winning new business
- Lead, mentor, and develop your own team of Consultants and Senior Consultants
- Oversee multiple client engagements and project processes in parallel, ensuring quality delivery across the team
- Hold strategic ownership of several major client accounts and program

- Own overall responsibility for revenue, budget, and growth across a broader portfolio
