From the fast-paced foundation of the Consultant role to the strategic influence of a Principal or Associate Director, Zenon offers a clear path for our people to grow and take on increasingly impactful responsibilities.
- Own the end-to-end client and delivery process, from first contact to signed agreement
- Build and nurture strong relationships with senior leaders at top technology companies
- Position Zenon as a trusted, strategic partner
- Identify, advise, and successfully place high-potential tech talent
- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Provide structured mentoring and coaching to colleagues, especially Consultants
- Take a stronger lead on business development, building pipeline, acquiring new clients, and winning new business
- Lead, mentor, and develop your own team of Consultants and Senior Consultants
- Oversee multiple client engagements and project processes in parallel, ensuring quality delivery across the team

Expert Track
- Hold strategic ownership of several major client accounts and programs
- Drive the development of market strategies and senior-level business development initiatives
Leadership Track
- Provide strategic leadership across multiple business areas and teams
- Own overall responsibility for revenue, budget, and growth across a broader portfolio
- Build and develop new markets and industry sectors for Zenon

- Carry full responsibility for scaled business units or multiple domains
